well, aspen is without a doubt the laziest, but once the stuff is good and open, it rivals any other park... but because they are lazy it only rivals for 2-3 months, unlike mammoth who has a kick ass park up for 5-6 months.

king pine in new hampshire. 2 crappy flat rails, 1 small trap, 1 sheet of ice jump (about 10 feet long) and a pipe with 8 foot walls. it looks like its hand cut. Ice chunks sticking out of it, and its impossible to air out of.

Wilmot, Wisconsin. SOUTHERN Wisconsin. It is an ex-gravel pit, turned failing ski resort. They have ONE dinged up poece of pipe they call a rail. They had one ten foot table, until they took it out for insurance reasons. they have a thirty foot long, five foot tall ditch with no vert they call a half pipe, and I witnessed ski patrol swarm on it and kick everyone out because a hit had been carved out of it, and several people had aired out once or twice. Needless to say, I ski raced while this was my home mountain.

the NC mountains down here try to get somthing started...couple kickers, couple rails that were cut from real stairs, maybe a 10ft table, ocassionally a spine or a machine blown pipe. some parks, sugar, won't even let skiiers in

Ski Vorlage. they had a metal barricade as one rail, and two other sticky flat 5 foot rails. then two piss-poor tables, side by side. no more that 10 and 15 feet. finally, a wall of ice shaped into a qp at the top of the park, where no speed was available. they win.

alyeska in girdwood ak has by far the wost park and it is the only ski resort with more than 1 lift in ak but it has some of the best natural terrain

I'm gonna give it to cypress as of right now.
It's not really a bad park, it's mediocre. But since it's been raining, everything is blocked with crossed wooden sticks put up by the ski patrol. All the stuff is there, and set up, but you can't use any of it. Makes it all taunting...
I tried a rail that was blocked, and found out why they put those damn sticks up... the rails arent dug into the snow anymore and they're all wobbly. It almost fell over. Frightening.

believe it or not but jackson's park is fucking horrible, the pipe isn't bad though - well it blows by mammoth standards...but nobody in jackson could give a fat fuck about skiing park or pipe with all that bodacious terrain at their fingertips.

No mt creek has a good park and the worst park goes to either blue mt, pa or camelback. But i would say blue cuzx they have some of the worst formed jumps ever and they dont kno how to make a lip up to a rail.

way back in the day when Crystal Mountain had a 'snowboard park' it was really really ghetto. no rails. horrid kickers. looked like mounds of snow that they drove a cat up ontop to flatten it out.

damn guys you complain about these parks with shit rails and shit hits. You shouldn't call a park shit untill you have skied in Australia.

This year falls creek had the best park with 4 hits in arow and like 1 rail. This is awesome for Austraila, but the worst park ever in Australia is Mt Buffalo. Have one 10ft table and a rope layed out on the ground for grinding.

This mountain can also open all it's runs (the whole 5 of them) with 25cm of snow. Some mountain

So when your skiing your shitty parks think of the poor poeple like me who have to ski this park Mt Buffalo.
No matter how bad things are think there is always one mountain worse of Mt Buffalo.

They still built parks with shovels

To whoever mentioned NC. Who are you? And dont spell Carolina, Kacalaki. You make yourself look like a dumb ass, which you probaly are, but whatever.

Appalachian, while the mountains terrain does blow major monkey balls, does have rails that are as good as anywhere else. There may be very few of them, but you wont find a nicer S anywhere and the big kink is sick as well, just as nice as anywhere else. Also tables are always in pristine condition there as well, not HUGE, but still always fun and in good shape.

As far as places not letting skiers in, you must be one huge puss ball. Who cares what a sign says. Nobody there seems to. I ride through the park whenever I am there. There is actually a pretty decent hit there right now. Granted their rails are below average, they're better than nothing I suppose.

snow valley in ontario is the fucking shitiest park ever. it has like a 5 foot jump and a rail. it blow chunks. and Horchoe vally is even worse. it has a down kink that u cant even c until your near the stupid thing, and theres a row of tables that u can get no speed for. it sucks. and there best feature, a box, is always closed! there halfpipe is so nderfvert and wonky. its like a sketch ditch.

Ascutney Mountain, VT. About a half an hour away from Okemo...if you can, avoid going there at all costs. They don't even HAVE a park up yet this year, and when they do, it is like 2 jumps that you get about 5 feet in the air and about 20 feet long, they don't have any rails, and they used to have a pipe that was just a hole in the ground that they hoped would naturally become vertical because they never once maintained it. They make the jumps by running the guns and making mounds of snow...no hay barrels under them at all. It's kinda pithetic. Go to Okemo.
