start with a 180 get really good at it. Next is 360. Get really good at it. Next is 540. Get really good at it. See the pattern? Don't go from 360 to 900. Work your way up. Or just spin and pray.

start spinning your head first, then just a tenth of a second later, throw the rest of your body, but dont do it too rapidly, that will make your spin slow down somewhere around 360. also notice how right hand/left hand grabs affect the spin. when you grab for example ordinary mute, you'll spin the first 180 faster, and when you let go, you'll get slower. reverse mute is the opposite, and also tail grab does the opposite. but the most important thing is to keep your sight high when you take off. check out some 270 to rail videos in slo mo, there you can see well how you should use you shoulders.

keep looking over your shoulder, spotting the landing out of your peripheral vision...as soon as you stop looking over your shoulder, you'll stop spinning...also, try to keep your head in a flow with your body,if you bend your neck at a weird angle, that will cork your spin, and throw you off...also, dont look down at your landing as you are about to land...all that encourages is face-to-knee accidents...and im sure you dont want to eat out of a straw for a while..

alright we have come to the conclusion that no1 does that, all these kids just start new fourms, and just learn to spin and work your way up, after your first spin off a big jump everything else is so easy
