Basically i get injured alot, mostly pulling muscles in my lower back etc. Was wondering what kinda exercises or gym routines you do to help prevent gettin injured.
Also what are the best stretches to do?

yeah just see if anything is tight and be loose.
and wear a helmet when ur doing big shit.
1. Warm up and stretch for skiing.
2. Land on your damn feet and know what you're doing before you do it.
3. Hit safe features you're comfortable on, such as step ups.
If you go to the gym and work out it won't help you get injured less. Do the things mentioned above and you're in good shape however.
