Anyone who watched the old New World Disorder mountain biking movies should know who Sam Brown is. He was the guy who constructed and rode the "Disconstructed Wheel" (Pics in linked article below.)
He only appeared in one NWD movie and after having such a promising segment many wondered what had happened to him. Apparently he got into the drug smuggling business and was recently paid the price. He was arrested Feb. 23 unloading 350 pounds of BC bud from a
helicopter in a remote spot in the Colville National Forest. The
delivery had been arranged by undercover Drug Enforcement
Administration agents.
