so, february last year i tore my meniscus and my acl, and got surgery in late may.. i've been rehabing until february this winter, and had about 15 ski days since that, just taking it step by step and not risking too much. thing is i can't feel that my knee actually get any better, i can flex it so it makes a ca 30 degree angle, and it has been like this for a good while. it also gets a bit sore after long ski days.
i feel that my leg gets stronger from skiing though.
so do you think that i should keep on skiing calmly this winter, or just do normal rehab until i can fully flex my knee and dont feel any pain?
i think i'll go to a therapist anyway, but i'm just curious of what you think because a lot of newschoolers has had the same injury.
my english is kinda bad, so i'm sorry about that :P
