There actually pretty easy. As you roll in switch you have to judge where the lip is and just before it turn round and face forward. After that think about popping as the lip is between your feet and your tails (going a little early helps). When you go hard and throw your head down the hill but remember your whole rotation starts by arching your back and leading with your head. Great thing about switch backs is you can see plenty right after you pop so you can judge it fine and tuck your legs up if youre comin a little short. That and if you dont quite get far enough on your first go as long as your tips hit the ground first its not gonna be the worst of bails cause you got your hands to save your face.
also, your gonna have to throw a little harder than a normal backflip. you need to because when your throwing a regular backflip you dont actually do a full flip because of how the landing/take off are angled.with a switch backflip you actually spin more than one flip so youll need to throw a bit harder
there really easy because u can spot the entire time, but i would say the big problem most people get into is throwing them to hard. your really dont have to throw it that hard at all.
super easy trick.
just throw it hard, you can t over rotate as you will see the landing.
and don t pop too early cause you can t see the lip so be patient.
i used to pop too early so i landed short but once you get the right timing it s the easiest trick ever.
also you need a jump at least 15 feet id say.
