Is there any way to adjust the forward lean on any of the full tilt boots?

yes.. which boots do you have because i have the bb pros and they come with a cuff on your calf which is removeable and increases forward lean... i also have heard that some come with a heel piece which increases forward lean

well there are the shims. and that spoiler on the top of the cuff.

I take it you want to decrease forward lean?
are all the shims out?
have you removed the spoiler?
if not try those.

Otherwise, the spine can be taken off the lower, and then grind down part of the spine so that it sits more vertical.
