I Think My Mom Knows.......

So..... I was out one day and left my phone at home someone sent me a text asking me for some green my little sister decided to read my messages and see it. She then mostlikely told my mom. Then i woke up this morning to find my scale missing and all my bags missing. I think she knows. What to do?

Don't do anything... if it's going to be an issue she will confront you about it. If not, then just go about your business. I've had my dad take away some green and a bong when I was in high school. Obviously he took it, but didn't say anything about it to me and life just kept going.

If she's not going to come to you, I think she really doesn't care too much...just wants to make her presence known.

I'm across the country from my family and my dad somehow found out i rolled one night. he threatened to come out here and kick whoever's ass that gave me the pill...and lectured me on my inability to be resposible and that im throwing my life down the drain. When they caught me smoking in high school they mostly just laughed about it...it had happened a few times.

if she hasnt confronted you she just probably is giving you a hint to stop dealing.

smoking weed might be one thing in your parents eyes, but getting hit up for weed and having a scale in your room is probably another.

i say ask her if she cleaned ur room and just say ur asking cuase u lost ur phone or wallet or something like that. just asked if she was in there and moved it. if she was and took ur tree she will prob say something then. or she will kinda hint that she was in there

my dad walked in my apartment when i was smoking a blunt with 4 kids and laughed. then we talked for 5 mintues while my friends smoked the blunt, he told me to open a window so it didnt smell so bad then he left.

that's a terrible idea.  why bring it up?  if she isn't gonna say anything then don't give her the opportunity.  i'd let it go, it's probably her way of telling you to stop dealing weed without making a big fuss.

one time my sister, mother and I were sitting down eating a nice family dinner when I said something that pissed my sister off. to try and get back at me she goes "mom, did you know that darryl smokes pot?" My mom's reply was "Jenn, leave your brother alone."

that's the only time I have talked to my mom about pot. she grew up in holland till she was 14 and is now a free spirited artist, so she's chill.

as for my dad - he asked me one day if i smoke da weed, i told him yes, he told me "you shouldn't you know" my response to him was "why? 'cause it's illegal? you do know you're married to an alcoholic right?" that shut him up.


honestly though, how old are you? the way I've always looked at it, if you're smoking pot and you're under 13, you probably should stop, and if you are between 13 and 16 you should take whatever shit your parents throw at you. if you're 16+ sit down with your parents and explain to them the reality of smoking weed and try to make them understand that just because you enjoy a afternoon bowl doesn't mean you're going to grow up to be a meth head living in a dark house 'cause you smoked all your light bulbs.


But wait, you initially stated that you deal... maybe don't deal out of your parents house, you're putting them in a very tough position. If my kid (that is, if I had a kid) was dealing out of my house i'd smack him up the side of his head and be like, 'BITCH'.

they say that weed is the gateway drug but honestly like you said alcohol is too, most people i know started drinkin before they ever smoked up and got high.

well if you want information you can actually use, the same thing happened to me last year. my mom took my pipe, some papers, and my grinder out of my room and never even brought it up. she knew i smoked but didn't really care. they only care if it gets in the way of good grades and shit. i would just bring it up and say you do, i did and my parents and i have a more open relationship. if you actually talk about things like that then it takes a lot of stress off. like i tell my mom i sell crack all the time and she doesnt care because she knows i dont sell crack. she knows im not that cheap. i dont know your parents, but mine were the uptight kind and after they knew they chilled out a little. i think once they know theyre just like "fuck it.." and are just happy they could keep you from it as long as possible. but my personal advice is get really really high right before you bring it up. and then your parents will know youre high and will want to take your stash and ground you, but you just say its hella dank and they will want to blaze up with you...

this same exact thing happened to me like three weeks ago, except it was my friends parents who read his texts then called mine. i got out of trouble just by saying i was gonna help him find someone, not actually sell it myself, they didnt really care, it was all good. but its a shitty situation to be in, if she doesnt confront you act like nothing happened. and dont text, text messages fuck people.
