I am ordering my new bindings right now and i don't know if the 12 din on the Griffons will be enough. I weigh about 170 and am 5'11" but i will probly grow a little next year. Will The Griffons go high enough or should i go with the Jesters?

I'm 5'11" , 170lbs and had the exact same dilemma. I went with the jesters for a few reasons:
1) I don't like taking chances with gear and would rather pay more up front then regreting it later.
2) I need about an 11-12ish DIN but you aren't suppose to run the DIN at the maximum or minimum of a binding (ideally you should keep it in the middle. It can stress the spring over time.
3) If I was putting it on a park ski I would probably go griffon, but I put it on my Seth's so i plan to be doing some lines/cliffs/bc hits as well as park and would like the option to crank the DIN.
Make your own decision, but I'm the exact same size as you and I think my reasoning is pretty sound.

close call. if you keep your din at 8+ go for the jesters.

Oh one more thing these bindings will go on a rail ski and i'm getting a separate ski for jumps which will have jesters.

you can go either way without problems. im 5'9" and weigh 175 and got jesters even though I only set my din at a 9. If you crank your dins way past where they are supposed to be then go with the jesters, but if you wanna save the 100 bux + a lil bit of weight then get the griffons. Also, if you are harsh on your gear (i.e. break stuff easily) then get the jesters since they have more metal components.
