Ipods / ipod alternatives?

ipods are the best. its the truth. I have a hard case on mine and it is a tank. But i guess if you want to be different you could look at zune. My friend had one and it broke. But if you want to be different it is a good one.

Sandisk Sansa? my sister got one, it seems pretty good. I'm not sure how much memory it has (def. not 120 gigs thats insane) but it does have expandable memory which none of the ipods have

Zunes are by far the best. They don't break like ipods d. The batteries last alot longer from what I've seen. I don't have a case on mine I've dropped it numerous times, theres no scratches on the screen. I even dropped it in a puddle full of salt on the side of the road and came back 20 minutes later to get it and it was still fine.

i think if u dont want a i pod then just get a zune they are legit

its not that i dont want one, its just that i am open to other things...

And I don't know what they're talking about for the battery life, my friends ipod barely makes it through school while I can play mine in the morning on the way to school, through every single class, to my friends house in the car and then while at a party's that last for a solid 4 hours and then it still works on the ride home. As long as you go home once a day you won't have a problem with the battery life. It usually won't last into the next morning, but I listen to more music than anyone I know and it works for me. I have the 120 gig, there is a small chunk out of one of the corners from when i dropped it on its corner and it bounced around on the pavement but other than that its alot more sturdy than any ipods I've seen

i agree with 860Bluntz with the zune
i have a 120Gb zune and i have found nothing wrong with it
