Replying to Whats gonna happen to my knee??

Well, Ive just come out of surgery from an arthroscopy (spp?) And the docs told me that ive ruptured my acl (in half) torn some cartilage whcih has been removed and damaged my medial ligament.
Know im not a doctor but i reckon that sounds bad. Will i be able to ski again?? is the park something i have to avoid for the rest of my life? Can my acl ever be repaired? If you had to put my knee before the accident at 100% what percentage can i hope to achieve with the proper rehab?
Fuck im so depressed.
If anyone knows anything, like how long im out for, suggestions for rehab, Hope for skiing future.
Id be really gratefull.
