How long are TWall's poles? is he just really tall? or are the poles really short?  I know park poles are shorter but his seem tiny

hes really tall. one of the tallest freeskiers aactually. close to 7 feet, simon dumont is a lil taller though

To the kid that actually started this thread and had a legitimate question and has been the victim of the harshest sarcasm that the world has ever seen:

Tom Wallisch is tall, at least compared to Simon ( no offense Simon )
Anyway, I would imagine that Tom Wallisch has short park poles considering he doesn't ski with poles half the time and is pretty hard core. I hope this was a little more relevant than everyone else's replies.



But seriously, I enjoyed the sarcasm too.

A. Tom is about 5'10", not tall by any means
B. Didnt he say that he skis with poles almost always now because of comps
C. short poles dont get in the way as much, thats why he would use them, not because he doesnt like poles

A. Correct he is not tall but resonably tall for a pro skier
B. Yeah he probably uses them for practice if he is forced to use them in comps
C. If he prefers to not use poles then short is the way to go
