why are their prices always going up.  Fuck snoqualmie. Used to pay $170 for their teen/college pass this time year.  Thats about what its worth too.

Yeah really, When I started skiing 5 years ago it was at least $100 cheaper to get a teen pass...

ya there prices are getting bullshit, they've gone up like 20 dollars a year steadily..

Dude they gotta make money, the prices are much cheaper than most resorts along the west coast too.

all the washington resorts need to buy each other already so we can buy multi mountain passes for cheap colorado style.

A  college baker+stevens+crummy+ridge season pass w/ 10 days @ crystal for $350. thats what the good ole PNW needs.

But seriously, I'll start paying 400 bucks a year when I don't have to stand in lines for 20 minutes to go down a groomer. I got an instructor pass for 50 this year so it was alright, but next year I'm definitely just gonna get a steven's pass... better terrain, pretty much the same price and almost as close. IMO snoqualmie isn't worth what they are charging.

the list goes on.... were getting a great deal at snoqualmie, quit complaining, you're going to find a lot of things in life are not as fair as you think they should be, but really, were gettin hooked up. Alpental has some of the greatest terrain in WA, especially if you know where to go, and the best park in WA is at central, and for rails one of the best in the country, we are really quite spoiled.

and my pass at stevens cost me 300, and epic pass in CO in 580 for 5 flipping resorts~

First off:
Baker: we are talking pre tax here with the snocrummy passes. so actual is $610 college and $500 youth

Mt Hood:  forgot to mention the $99 spring pass. and there is that thing where you get your three friends and then you each pay like $300. and that gets you ski bowl and meadows. 

Bachelor: early season is $350

White pass: they have their early season price (good for rest of season) at $329 for adults

Crystal: you said: $1799, actual: $1150, and thats for the inseason price. early season is: $875.

The other thing your forgetting to mention, that with the exception of Brighton, UT; those are all the best places to ski in that general area. Snoqualmie, however, is on the lower end of the spectrum. Yes their is plenty of stuff that can kill you in the  Alpy BC, however they are also lower then all the other places in the area, the snow quality is worse, it rains more, the lines are bigger, their youth marketing director hates skiing, or any snowriding other then jessie burtner or whatever his name is and co. It takes them months to get their pipe up and going, only to then decide they are gonna scrape the only thing they had that was better then what other ski areas have.

Also you are listing the final, in season prices for those ski areas, where as the price we are discussing is the lowest price they ever offer.

Adult passes to snoqualmie were less the the current price of a student pass just a few short year ago, the only thing that has changed since then is there are more weekend worriors, and a douche bag owns it.

And if you think the park at central is the best in the state you need to wake up, it was, three-four years ago, If you think the rails are the best in the county you should go to just one of the places in CO,  which by the way you can get a college pass to all of, for about the price of a snoqualmie college pass.

many  years ago there was that skiwashington pass thing, for $1000 I think you got a pass to like every mountain.  This was like 10 years ago though, when it was only like $30 for a day pass to snoqualmie.  Its what, $50 now???

I don't see how even well off people can ski without having season passes.

Too much whiny little bitches who need to complain about everything. We gotta great set-up, and I know all of you guys get up there at least 20 times a year, probably a lot more. as for lines, on weekends yeah, but everyweekday you can be there till 10pm packin laps in the park with zero lines. And yeah, the parks at Keystone and Breck and PC are insane, but think about how much more money they take in on people visiting those areas and there season pass prices for non student adults. They have a much larger budget to work with allowing them to build better parks. I really cannot complain about what central has done with hardly any fucking snow this year though. Hell, one person asked for a fence a long the cat track to keep non-parkpass holders out and low and behold, a week later a fence. And last I counted we had about 30+ jibs up and a few decent jumps. Yeah snoqualmie is far from the very best, but it is pretty fucking good for what they work with and being that close to Seattle. If your going to be a whiny little bitch about buy your pass somewhere else. If not crawl out of the fucking womb and realize companies need to make money in order to survive. I swear some people are fucking idiots who only complain...jesus.

Ya CO has there shit together for cheap passes, but all the areas are owned by vail resorts, and that company sucks a fat dick... so you do kind of pay for it. But I heard like 8 years ago there was some special shop employee deal where you got like stevens/baker/snoqualmie or something, not totally sure but some combined pass. they need to bring that back

I think that is the main selling point for snoqualmie for me.

We go up every thursday, and there is virtually no line ever.  Ski down, and hop on the chair all day long.  And if you just want to drive up and do 3 runs and go home, no big deal cause its only a 45 minute drive.

Alpental BC is as good if not better than anything my old mountain Bridger Bowl had. Mostly because all the powder isn't completely tracked out by 1030AM. Bridger had no park, i.e. if the snow sucked there was nothing to ski. And bridger had no night skiing, so if I was working full time like I am now, I'd only be able to ski 2 days a week. I paid about $600 for that pass. I'm stoked to pay $459 for a season pass where I also get 5 days at Crystal.
