Season ending injuries

whatsup ns ... i just had a question about season ending injuries. this morning at sugar bush a wrecked hard and tore both my MCL and my ACL so it ended my season.. i just wanted to know if any of you who have had similar injuries could tell me what else i can do besides re-had it.. and if anyone has tore their ACL before... which type of surgery did u get? replacement with the patella tendon? or the dead guy ligament haha.. thanks for all ur responses.

acl reconstruction is fucking terrible. the surgerys not too bad because you get subscribed oxycotton pills. but the worst part is definitely the rehab. i tore my left acl 2 years ago and just 2 weeks ago i tore my right acl. the problem with my right acl right now is that the place where i got my mri says that its a partial tear and my doctor thinks its a full tear and i have a couple weeks to decide whether or not to get surgery, which i most likely will anyway

damn bro.. thats definitely beat. my twin sister actually tore both her acls playing lacrosse so i definitely know what your going through. she always told me how much rehab sucks so im definitely not looking forward too it. wish u the best in your recovery man.. one love

a kid at my mountain broke his collar bone and he s out for the rest of the season... it sucks because hes really good and has potential

Dude, take Glucosomine in addition to whatever you are prescribed.  Its vitamins specifically for your joints.

don't sue me if you die from this.... but seriously, look it up.  my gf tore her ACL jan 2nd and is walking like a champ now.  she takes it in the AM and PM

my dog takes that cuz she tore her acl and had surgery. It actully has really only been  conclusivly proven to work on dogs. I have heard mixed things about it working on people. Although I havent heard that it does anything negative at all.
