i've just started skiing in december and i would like some help with a few things.
any ideas of things i could do on or off the snow that could improve my balance on rails?
also, i get really bad shin bang when i hit the jumps in my park, is it cause im back seat landing too much? is it because im not gettting enough speed or my take off is wrong?
any help would be much appreciated.
