What would be a good mid-weight glove that isn't bulky but has some insulation, probably under the price of 40 bucks?

i just bought these in pink  for 44 dollars. http://www.backcountryoutlet.com/outlet/HES0081/Hestra-Henrik-Windstedt-Pro-Glove.html. im not sure ho warm they are though i guess ill find out. the description is kinda confusing because hestra also sells a mitten with the same name and i dont know if they are talking about the mitten or the glove.

The only problem I have had with them is that they arent warm enough for the real cold days.  No freezing or wetness that I can complain about.
