I'm from Australia, studying America. And I don't get it what's the difference between the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights? Can someone please explain it to me? +K if that's an insentive. Thanks. Love Brooke

The bill of rights are just the first 10 amendments of the constitution. Deceleration of Independence was written when we seceded from the British.

Constitution outlays the way our country is governed, the 2 houses, congress ect.
the bill of rights puts in writing every citizens rights, freedom of speech ect.
and the declaration of independence was the document produced by thomas jefferson with the grievances against the king and obviously declaring our independence.

so it went: british taxing and shit, declaration of independence, revolutionary war, constitution. as far as time line anyway.
