Anthems vs. Invaders

I am getting new skis which i will primarily be using on rails (im getting next years skis for jumps) but will still be using these on jumps a little bit i'm 5'11" 175 and i also don't know what size i should get. Im thinking 171 or 178

im about 510-511, 150 lb's and i'm riding the 171 invaders. they are border line. you should get 178 depending on your ability.

Anthems are a little stiffer which would be better for you size

Are you just learing on rails and are you specifically suing them on rails?
And what's the point of having a jump and a rail ski?
why not just get the chronics?
Sick jump and pipe ski
and lj and ahmet (sorry for spelling)
rock them for rails.
Chronics in 171 would be perfect ski if you like short and manoverable skis for rails and stable enough for big jumps

i flexed a pair of invaders and anthems simultaniously to test that theory.... the anthsm seemed flexier to me. invaders have this reputation of being super flexy but i found the anthems softer.

anyways, anthems are a lot more expensive, but a better ski all around, so if money is no option, go with them

Not to steel your thread, but does Line measure running length or what? so like a 171 invader be like a 175 dynastar?

But if your gonna use them for rails go with the invaders, i love mine and there super tight on rails. Nice and light thinner underfoot so you can move them around quick, and there just cheaper. They will be a good beater ski for rails and such, and you wont have to drop a shit load of money on them.

my buddies 171 octolands are like 2-3cm shorter than my 177 walls. they def measuer shorter than they are

dont want to steal your thread post but are anthems a bad choice if i hit rails and jumps? 5'7 140 lbs.
