Can you pop a 180 just off the ground on your skis? if not yu need to work on that.
Another trick is just to do it like a 270 out. You need to throw it just as hard on the rail as you would to do a 270 out of the rail. Dont be scared. And remember: Looking over your shoulders is KEY
one think that i found that helps a lot with switch-ups is to lead and push the spin with your chest and shoulders. that should get you the rotation, but you also need to make sure that you spin your feet too, so it doesn't slow down your rotation.
