Sickter bindings.. maybe try to find axial2 Ti.. titanium instead of composite for the heelpiece.. I have a pair and I love them. Great park bindings, very durable.

just starting out after years of boarding and got a good price on the non-ti, did you find any issue with the lifter in the park? i'm trying to use this for all mtn so id say 50% all mtn / 50% park. i know a lifter is good for carving but didn't know if there was any adverse affect in the park.

The lifter plates give your more leverage to carve turns outside the park, if youre just getting into skiing the plates will help you learn how to be a better skier and make actual turns. Buy 'em up man, good bindings.

cheers thanks for the help, i just didn't know if the lift was all the drastic if i wanted to go to non-lifters down the line. i know the race lifters can be pretty ridiculous

yeah.. whoa, i guess i kind of skipped the part where you asked about lifters in the park.. i hate it, but it's bearable. Park skis perform better without the lifters.. sorry dude

so if i wanted to mount them without the lifters, all i would need is shorter screws right? is there a place online where i can pickup these screws? would a shop do it for me?

also, i'm not planning on taking on big jumps but mostly hitting rails so i don't know if that makes the park more bearable.

im sure that your shop would have shorter screws laying around. if not you can grind them down to make them shorter...hope this helps!

i think i might try em out with the lifters, i can't imagine a couple of mm's can make that much of a difference to a new guy like me....i'm sure i'll be coined a noob in my terrain park but i'm just learning so i'll prolly make a fool out of myself more than once.

^ like you said, a few mm won't do any difference. i've never removed the lifters on any of my skis and haven't had any rail problems + they'll help you carve better. keep them on, specially if you are just starting.
