How tall is too tall?

im going to get new skis soon and i was looking into the 4frnt msp, but the only size near what i want is 171 which is too short and 181 which might be to tall. im 6 ft 1 and 190 pounds.

At that size, you should be on the 181, without a doubt.

I'm 6'4 and ride 193's and will search for something close to 200 for my next set of pow ski's.  That being said your ski length must be at least 5cm longer than your tall-t length.  If you have 175 or smaller at your height I'm sorry

haha, my friend is 6'6" and he rides 171 silver 1080s...

but yeah, 181 ftw...

yep get 181 that should be fine. and 171 is way to short, im 5' 6'' and i have a 169 so dont get the 171

If you have a strong skiing foundation, ski them at head height or a couple inches overhead.  For better tight maneuverability, ski them no shorter than eye height.
