Help with 5 and 7's

I can 5 and always land but when ever it do i land so far forward my hands smack where i land and my head almost hits the ground.

On 7's i can't even get the rotation sometimes and when i do by the time im at a 5 im almost corcked out and when i get the 7 rotation im on my side. any help for either?

For both: focus on taking off on both feet evenly. Focus on looking across the horizon.

For 5s: look up when you land, you should see the jump.

Oh okay that makes sence i just realized my head is usually down looking at my skis thanks

Okay I can't 7 but I can 5 cleanly. For your seven problem you might not be setting hard enough, because that was my problem with a 5 and It really helped me. For your 5 I think it is easier to land cleaner when I do like a safety grab so I say compact, well thats what works for me anyways. Good Luck!

used to have the same problem..
make sure ur popping off the jump
keep your shoulders even,  if you drop your shuolder a little bit you can fall off axis.
also look over your shuolder and spot your landing as your coming around your 360  to your last 180.
also if you drop your head in any direction your body tends to follow.
when you land try not to land with your legs straight up..bend your knees and absorb the landing
this will prob help you from landing wit ur hand draggin the ground.
once you can land the 5 smoothly..
throw a little harder and as ur comin around the 5 spot ur landing.
