If im 5'11 how long should my skis be?

What is proper size if im going to be skiing mostly park.
I only weigh 145 and would rather them be shorter than longer.

180ish.

seems long but isnt. I'm 5'9 140 and ski 176 dumonts and they are nowhere close to being to long

Im 5'11" and prob around 140. I ski 189 obsetheds, which really measure out to 195s.

between 175 and 185 depending on the ski.  if its softer and lighter then go longer if its stiffer then you could get away with a shorter one

I'm exactly the same size as you. I have 169 public enemy's and they are too short. I got a pair of 179 obsetheds and I think that they will be great. So in conclusion, I second the ~180cm.

I am also 5'11" (im 170lbs). I would ride about a 175-179 in a park ski. and 179-185 in all mountain.

It depends on preference and ability as well as height/weight. you could go from about 175-185, but I wouldn't go over 180. you will have more flickability.

im 6'0 and 180 and have 176 ninthwards and 184 watchlifes, its all about preference i suppose but in that range suits me well

^^im the exact same size and pretty similar situation as you. i got skis that ill use for next year, 171 anthems and i was hoping they wouldnt be too long but im not sure

twin tips yes. the fact that they are twin tipped make them ski shorter than they are. most of the time.

you can still go for like a 170, if it is a stiffer ski, since you weigh little. but if your going for like a flexy skis, get something as tall of taller than you.

I'd say something between 175- 185. Depending how strong you are.

I'm 5,11 and 140lb. I have 171 & 181's. 171's are a little short.

Im 6ft but i prefer smaller skis so i ride like 171-178.  but i skiied this season on 161 invaders and that wasnt even hard it was like snowblades
