question:
Would you sell a foreign game cartrige that doesn't work on N. American game consoles for $2.50 to someone on craigslist without telling them it doesn't really work (unless modified)?

if its not stated in the description that it worked and the person is not clever enough to ask and double check, then its all good, another good thing to put in the description is "sold as is"

sorry for the dub-p but also. sometimes people don't necessarily want to purchase something to play it, just for the novelty of owning it. i know i would personally but something for $2.50, if an image or anything else on the product was funny or co-incited with some sort of joke etc. working or not.

Craigslist works mainly on trust. It would be shit if everyone did what you want to do. Dont break something nice.

Yeah, I mean really, is "lying" (withholding the truth) worth $2.50? You can probably find someone to buy it even though its for  a foreign console.

Well anyhow, .......I ended up finding a guy who can apparently mod them. he gave me ten dollars for both. now everyone is happy!　Yay.
