Finally landed a 3

Went skiing today with the goal of landing a 360, i finally just went for it and landed it im so stoked right now one of the greatest feeling in the world!!!

so true once you get a 3 down youll be doing 5s and 7s in no time...


i remember when i landed my first 3 a few years back... a few weeks later i was hucking 3s of every little lip/bump i could find and i was trying/landing 5s and 7s.

once you have the threes down everything seems t come at an exponential rate, just keep adding a half spin at a time and you'll have 5's and 7's in no time

pressure on the tounges of your boots, athletic stance (bent knees, weight foward) and DO NOT FORGET TO POP!

its like the ollie is the foundation of all other skateboard tricks.

Shin pressure, pop of your toes, set with your shoulders and head. Make sure to keep your shoulders square off the jump. You'll go wherever you're looking so keep your head up and look over your shoulder.

my thing was that i needed to jump then spin. before i was almost trying to carve off and that wasnt helping.

That is really cool. I remember when I landed my first one last year. You progress so fast if you just go for it and have no fear (as long as you don't do something stupid) I landed 30 360's last Saturday and only crashed 1 of them. Just keep going big and throwin' down.

Jea! I still struggle with em unfortunately, I had a couple days where I was stomping them but last time I kept losing my nerve last second and catching my edge when I popped. Bad, painful landings ensued... I was slaying rails though, so it was an acceptable day.

i landed my first 3 last year, but havent been able to go past from there. I find it so hard to slow down rotations so i havent been able to go big either..hopefully this season ill try i on powder
