Parks in south america

so basically i am considering many different options for this summer, one of which being a study abroad program in south america or any other location with snow.
firstly, what south american resorts have parks/good parks?
does anyone have experience with doing something similar in south america or anywhere else for that matter?
i know that there are threads on similar topics but i wanted some specific and up to date opinions.

Most mountains have a small park, couple of jumps 4 or 5 rails, like cerro catedral aka bariloche and chapelco in san martin de los andes. Las Lenas had a decent park a couple of years back but not to well maintained. I haven't been over to Chile my last couple of trips down, but Valle Nevado had a decent park and a half pipe last time i was there. Saw some video from La Parva shot last summer and it looked like they had some decent jumps. Skiing is pretty fun down south, but i wouldn't go if all your looking for is park, your probably better off heading to Snowpark in NZ.

i definitely would not want to ski only park.
i would just like to have some park to fall back on when the conditions are not prime.

Yo theres a bunchdown there. a few summers ago i went down there and i rode las lenas for a week, after that i went to chile, and went to valle nevado, which was super sick too, i liked the skiing at las lenas better but valle nevado had a better park in my opinion.

valle nevado and el colorado are legit for pow but the park crew runs just like everything else in chile, hungover and disfunctional. i would try to get down there just to check out the southern ski culture.

thanks for the info so far.
anyone know if season passes down there are expensive/ are there any passes for multiple resorts (if there are even resorts close to each other).

a friend and i went to el colorado last summer, they had an ok park nothin great though. they had a shit ton of rails, 2 10-15 footers and one 50 or 60 footer . the cool thing about it is the nice weather, most of the time it was sunny and when it snowed it happened overnight also not alot of people ski powder there so there was fresh snow for days after a big dump hah.  we also went to Chillan and that was pretty much just bc skiing and lots of fresh tracks. it was their first year having a park so they had a tiny set up of a few boxes and one small jump.

sooo..mny home mountain is chillan which is in chile and yeah its pretty much bc but hopefully this year we willhave a bigger park (last year was the first year with  a park). Anyways all there is is good snow and space to build as many kickers as u want...
The ski resorts in santiago: El Colorado´ Valle Nevado and La Parva have all decent parks but the best is the snow (very good powder) and the weather (unlike chillan which maybe windier and it sometimes rains) in all three.
As for the season pass in santiagom you can get one for the 3 ski resorts but i have no idea about prices. I wouldnt reccommend it cause it must be really expensive I guess. For el Colorado for instance you can just get a park pass and its way cheaper.(like 6 bucks) A day pass is like 45 bucks. Colorado i would say has one iof the best parks out of the three although Valle Nevado is the only one with a pipe. Also most of competittions happen at Colorado.
Right now if u wanna buy a pass for Chillan there are discounts. i think a 30% percent discount (original price is 800 bucks) But if u consider this place let me know i might be able to get it for cheaper than the 30% discount.
In general it should be cheap to live here food and accomodations are decently priced.

If you want to ski really fresh powder down south where no one else does it, Go to Iraq or afghanistan, (think its one those countries not sure)
But the style down there is so old school so no one has "learned" to ski powder yet.
Saw it in a ski movie once, really sweet.
