This is a semi rant, but also a question
So what would you do if you owned a ski shop (website and actual store)? how would you run shit?
I feel like i would have to be insane on customer service, kinda like BC.com.
I say that because i am currently dealing with a shop online, im trying to get my skis warrantied and the guy im talking to (who is the shop manager) takes forever to respond. he says i should call fischer as well, but they say im not supposed to, then he says he will call today and let me know, but i haven't gotten an email and fischer is closed by now. i'm glad hes taking his time but im impatient.
so how would you guys run things?
