I was there two days ago, most snow I'ever seen in my life...west or east coast. It was ridiculous. I have alot of local buddies who know alot of untracked trails but I have no clue where...sorry. The flyer (a.k.a freezer) chair was and I think is still broken down...but it's worth hiking up to from the bonaventure quad, you'll definatly find some fresh..most woods there will lead to easy runs bringing you all the way to the metro chair or Tram...if its not too windy.
P.S. the park on the metro chair is nothing special. Jumps are not well maintained and they're tiny
Timbuktu at the Jet triple chair is just all round fun spot. The first 30 feet in are a little tight but it opens up after and you got a few fun small 6-8 foot drops. I strongly recommend going out of bounds..just be sure to come back when you notice tracks starting to disapear or when you see the Corona cross (look for corona cans in trees)
Off the Bonaventure, skier's right (looking down CanAm), there's a pretty tight glade but you'll find a nice 10 footer which has a nice landing (if there's snow)
Also, if you take the bonaventure and ski round back the mountain, it will bring you to Expo glade which had unbelievable snow, just to the left of that, snow seems to stay as well, so it's a pretty nice run. I got face shots on Tuesday. In fact, after expo there's some fun woods too, not many people go in those, cuz it's a very icy decent just to get to Expo so be carefull.
Otherwise, almost any spot off of Taxi has a glade that's nice n' easy
