my very good friend (she skis moguls and goes to a mountain school for high school most of the year), shes like in love with him. She knows him pretty well, hes supposedly pretty dam insane, which now i see.

he is just having fun man. What's the matter with trying to spin. It doesn't need to start dominating all competitions until people can grab it and make it look good, but seriously, why not try it for fun.

because people always say they dont want the sport to go in the direction of spin to win, but wen a repost comes up like this thread, little kids get all excited and because people start to like it, athletes start doing it in comps, mostly younger ones trying to get to the top and need to do something crazy, and then it goes from there.



ill admit, sure its cool cuz no ones done it before, but its:

a) not worth a repost, and

b) really ugly

Maybe you missed the 2nd part of the video.  His 2nd attempt he skied it out from basically the flat bottom.  Aerials yes, but the kid was wtf out of the pipe.  You gotta give him props for going that big, dropping from like 25 feet onto the flats and somehow skiing it out.  If I did that, my sphincter would have become my new head band.

people shouldnt hate, this is basically no different than people doing 1080s off tiny jumps and trying to see who can double flip off the smallest hits. Atleast when he throws something he boosts it huge
