Well im not sure if this is your problem, or if this will help, but two of my friends had the same problem.

What they were doing was when the spun off the lip (to the left) they would stick their right ski out for a quick snowplow and try to pop and spin out of that, this would set them into spin somewhat off balance.

To fix this you should to make sure that you keep both skis straight all the way up the lip, and focus on getting a clean pop (not spinning too early) from the snow.
