They are amazing boots, sooooper comfortable and just the right flex for park. I have had mine for 3 years and I wouldnt have any other boots.

The vento isn't a boot, it's a model range
There are 3 boots in the vento range of varying flexes (much like the dalbello krypton series, salomon impact series, nordica speedmachine series etc)..same last, different flex and liners - they also do a high volume model

i personally cant stand technica boots. if you havent tried them on, you should. the fit is fine, but the flex patterns of thier boots are incredibly linear, and its very easy to blow through the flex and be slammin against the stopblock. Ventos are good boots for recreational skiing where your not really cranking on the skis, but for park and aggressive all mountain, its just a weak boot. i also find techs to be WAY overpriced for their quality and feel. id look at boots like the Dalbello Protons if you want a similar boot. i think they feel alot better, ski better, and will def. be cheaper. I personally wont ski anything but 3 piece boots like FTs or kryptons tho, because of their super progressive flex that really allows you to push into the boots without that distinct wall in the flex.

Thanks fellas.
i recently bought the the vento, havent had the chance to ski it yet cuz i live in FL. i would have prefered to get the solomon supercharger but it wasnt really up to me. The only reason we bought boots is cuz once i grow out of em they'll fit my father.
Hopefully there good in the park (even if there not its better than a rantal boot)
thanks again guys
