what the hell do you think, this has to be the stupidist questian ever asked on this site. Yes, everyone starts off near the same place, but people get better at different paces depending on your athleticism.

Just hang in there...some people really adapt to the snow fast, some don't. Some people are just really comfortable out their skiing and it comes natural, but if not, it just takes practice. I started early and I know i worked for it..I probably took like hundreds of lessons as a little ski dude.

I've known people who ski there whole life and can ski OK, and then I know people who have skied 2 years and can blow me away, Like ppl say, it is how aggressive you are, and you gotta want it. If you are gonna do something huge, just do it, don't think about it, you'll just psych yourself out.

Personally I learned the basics really quickly as soon as I tried. For like a year I was a pussy and didn't do a single trick when I stopped being a pussy I was able to learn 3's, 180's, half cabs, switch 3's, 5's, railslides in a few weeks but that's the easy stuff, it starts getting hard once you start trying corks, bio's and zero's and flips. Hope that helped.

its practice to some degree but a lot of it is natural talent, look at guys like turpin he picked up skiing late in life and was ripin the park in a month or two

Yeah i was crap the first two years i skiied. Now im okay im pulling 3's 5's i got ONE 7 once but it was kinda scetchy but dont worry man just go for it...youd be suprised how much is DOSN'T hurt when you fall...

thx for advice on just having to go and do it and not worry about crashing. but last year i blew my acl and had to have surgery on it so that makes me a little sketch on trying anything that could tweak my knee if i crash

Trick is to stick with it. Get good at the 'basics' but you gotta ski for at least a full season to know if you're going to be any good.
