Just get some shells and find a thinsulate liner to put in them. Thinsulate (sp) is a material developed by 3M for NASA space suits and it's warm as hell...Da Kine had a good thnsulate liner a year ago...look for that.

i got a pair of leather/suede mitts which i have waterproofed and on the inside its all 100% wool. ITs warm as fuck, only break it out on the COLD days cause its so warm inside

Marmot Expodition mitt, made for sitting at base camp at Everest, so you can imangine that there quite toasty. A little bulky for me (Im more of a pipe glove kind of guy) but if your hands are cold, get them. But keep in mind, that we are going through a rediculus amount of cold weather right now, so suck it up for another week and save yourself some coin.

I have a pair of mountain hardware gloves that i have to take off on the lifts cause my hands sweat so bad. The downside is that they are almost nausiating by the end of the season. But they are superr warm.
