Adderall???

Once I was tripping on mushrooms, while also on adderall, and I also had a seizure. I'm pretty sure it was the combo together. I can only imagine how many brain cells I lost.

When you're coming down from adderall have 3 beers and throw a dip in (I'm going to get flamed) it feels like you are on cloud 9.

I don't need the street price, I want the legal price. I was prescribed with it here but I dont know if I should buy a ton here and take it with me or buy it there. I wanna save money. And no, I dont have insurance in the states, so thats why im asking whats the price in like a drugstore.  Of both adderall and dexadrine.



I know the effects on me and I know its different for every person but thats not really what im interested in, so if anyone is prescribed with any of them please help me out and tell me how much it is. Thanks.

Thank you jesus fucking christ. I was worried scrolling down the first page that it had not been caught yet. Adderol is essentially amphetamine salt, and there is a massive....MASSIVE difference between adderol and methamphetamine. Same with people that say MDMA has meth in it because the compound is 3-4Methlydioxymethamphetamine, it is a completely different compound with completely different effects. Just as O2 is not the same as CO2 or NO2.

i have legit ADD, like pretty bad. and dont say i'm a dumbfuck who doesn't know how to study. i know how to study and i have sought after every sort of academic support. i've done tutoring, study sessions, even counseling. i've been told that my study habits are great, and my work ethic is above most. my problem, however, is retaining information. that's something you can't really just learn to do, that's the disease part of having ADD. i can read through a page 4 or 5 times, and then forget completely what i read. i will start, then while i'm physicallly reading, my thoughts start to scatter and i'm all of a sudden thinking about a million things while i think i'm reading. i've done a solid year off of adderall on my own will, while still getting my perscriptions filled so my parents thought i was taking it. i would just throw the full bottles into my drawer and forget about them. worst idea ever. i can't stress how shitty it is locking yourself in the library for hours and remembering little of what i learned.

i need it. i don't want it, i'm concerned it will trash my liver eventually. it does change the way i put information together in my head and how i organize my thoughts. it does wonders for my studying and grades. right now, my job is being a good student, and adderall is what helps me be the student i want to be. i was able to go to the doctor and asked to down my dose to 20mg non XR from 30 XRs. sooooo much better. 10mg less makes it much less intense, but still helps me function properly so that's awesome. also, XRs SUCK!! they kept me anxious and up at night, but the regular tabs work for the school day then they wear off by dinner. also, my parents agreed to be cool about me smoking weed because it helps with when i do get anxious.

cliffnotes: i legit need adderall even though i don't want it. i've tried all sorts of non-pharm solutions to retaining info and improve my studying, but adderall is the only thing that works. that, and it keeps my parents and doc happy because they know how well it works for me. if you dont need it, stay away. while one pill may give me a productive and satisfying day, it could cause somebody else some real health damage (ie. your little bro, crazyfuck). leave it up to the docs

I have never taken adderal, but im pretty sure it would do nothing for me because i most likely have the worst case of ADD i have ever heard of. I am failing 4 classes currently, not because i am stupid.I just got my pre-ACT scores back and i got a 26. Its because i dont feel like doing shit. I tell myself i will do it in a little bit, but never do. And i am boring to talk to on the phone because i dont listen to who i am talking to...i watch the TV and say "yah". And i cant listen to my teachers talk..staring at the floor sounds way more fun to me. Yet my mom doesnt want me to be a fucked up case of a pill drugie..so im on no drugs. Except weed, wich she doesnt know about. So yah, Adderal most likely wouldnt do shit except make me function like a normal person.

it DOES NOT mean methamphetamine. just because something has meth in the name does not mean it has the same properties or effects as something else with meth in the name. Caffeine is an amphetamine. It will not melt holes in your brain like methamphetamine, and while with adderall there is the possibility of addiction, it is no more so than drinking a cup of coffee

I was always a 'smart' kid and I was put in gifted program or whatever as a kid but that was because shit in elementary school and middle school was just common sense. Never studied. I aced freshman year, and then dropped from a 4.0 to a 3.7 (in total) in sophomore year. proceeded to drop to a 3.5 by junior year, then this year I stepped it back up again since I got onto medication. shit works. I can remember things and actually keep an attention span for more than a few seconds. All the academic support in the world couldn't boost my comprehension of a book unless I had just read it again before the test.

I take vyvanse, 50mg per day in the morning. I hate taking it, it decreases my appetite and makes it hard to fall asleep when I take it later in the morning like around 10 or 11, but it helps so much in so many ways it's worth it.

no dude, that's exactly what adderall is for. it's for motivation and focus. your parents are misled if they wont let you at least give it a try. tell your doctor about your ADD, and your doctor will probably want you to try it out after a brief overview of your ADD symptoms . normally when the doctor first prescribes it, you get really small doses. like little 5 mg pills are what i got at first. i would take one in the morning, and it would wear off by lunch. so then the doctor upped me to 5 mgs twice a day. now i take 20 mg tabs because im older and bigger. i did 30 XRs for a time, but that was too much. does it sound like i'm a druggie if i volutarily asked to have my dose taken down? i dont know a single person prescribed to it that abuses it. for real. adderall is too harsh to be abused. if you start on adderall, your grades will go up drastically, guaranteed. that's what the shit's made for. talk to your doctor about it, preferrably without your parents in the room. parents don't know shit about it, doctors do. take it from me, i'm the textbook case of ADD, just like you.

The only problem is that the only time i ever go to the doctor is when i break bones....so i will have to break a bone in order to just get in the same room as a doctor.

you go to the doctor when something is abnormally wrong. i would consider at least trying to get an appointment. if you have insurance, what is there to lose? this is your school career, the building blocks on which the rest of your life could very well rely upon. imagine explaining in a job interview why your transcript is so fucked- you have severe ADD, but left it untreated. im just saying, i made the mistake of going untreated at my own will. i can tell you from experience that the satisfaction of finishing a whole paper in one sitting or taking a test that you knew every answer to is unbelievable; especially if you previously thought it wasn't possible.

i'm not selling it, whether you get it or not doesn't affect me. i'm just telling you because i suffered from the same symptoms, and i wanna help a brother out. when my grades were in the shitter my life didn't seem as fulfilled and i wasn't as happy overall. i wouldn't recommend it to just anybody, you just sound like you would greatly benefit. not to mention going to the doc gets you a full ADD screening which means if you get diagnosed, you have a medical reason to get extended time on tests and other things that could really benefit you. if you absolutely cannot get to a doctor, talk to a school counselor. they can often assess your case of ADD and help you out. got nothing to lose man, your grades can pretty much only go up from here.
