Replying to Snowboard only Park!?!?

Maaaaan, I am soo pissed. I was skiing this weekend in Italy at a place called San Pellegrino and they have a pretty decent park. SO anyway, I was laying down some nice grabbed spins over all the big jumps and was on about my 5th run through and the lift guy tells me that the park is only for snowboarders and that I am not allowed in and they would fine me if I went in! I remember this sort of thing briefly about 10 years ago in France but that was 10 years ago! Has this happened to anyone else? there are no other parks anywhere near and there is no way I am going to sit by watching beginner snowboarders bust all the lips and landings while I landed all my tricks clean and get banned! WTF! I have nothing against snowboarders and can board as well as I can ski but this kind of stupidity really makes me mad.
