NS,
So I sold an XL Orage jacket to this guy a while back (I think he had like one post and just joined, I don't think he ever gets on other than to look for the jacket). This thing is new with tags, wrapped in plastic and perfect condition. He asked me if he could return the jacket if it didn't fit, and then said he has 3 other XL Orage jackets. I said yes, if it doesn't fit I will take it back but also that he would love it since it's the same size as his others. No problem right? Today I get an email that says nothing more than quote: "Nice jacket, but not what I am looking for." and he says he wants a refund. He wants me to refund him just because he doesn't like it now! I'm not liable for a Paypal claim because he did receive it and it is in perfect condition like I told him, and I also feel like I have no responsibility to refund him since I said I would return it if it didn't fit, not if he decides he doesn't want it. I don't know what to do because I really don't want to try to sell it again just because this guy is being so inconsiderate.
Sparknotes: Sold jacket, would refund if didn't fit, guy decides it "isn't what he's looking for" and wants money back, I'm not liable but should I refund?
Thanks in advance...
