if two people hit the same jump with the same speed, but one person weighed 150 pounds and the other person weighed 200 pounds, would the lighter person go bigger?

Yes, but the thing is the heavier person would have less trouble getting speed. More speed=more height. But since you said they were going the same speed, yeah the lighter guy would, obviously.
