if they are unmounted just mount up at the farthest foward reccomended point for the fujas. anywhere back will be a bit sketchy switch and with swing weight and anything foward of there will be past the optimal position on the sidecut making the ski more difficult to ski fowards.
this is assuming you are skiing park, if you are only skiing groomers, trees, ect, then you can mount it slightly back from what i suggested. its all personal preforance. if you can stand on the skis unmounted, just draw a line where you feel most comfortable. i have done this for my last two pairs of skis and both times i have been exactly 1.5cm back from true center. skis just tend to "feel right" at a certain point, its just all about finding that magic point.

some skis just aren't meant to be centered.
