Neither. If you had to pick one I'd say A frames, though, cheaper, and I thought they were more comfortable. The fact that Wisdoms aren't helmet compliant about wraps it up. But I'd get Spy, or if you're really set on spending ALL your money, Smith regulators.

A-Frames for sure......much better fit in helmets, and they don't look cheap like the wisdoms...

^^ look cheap? ahh, to each his own I guess. I'd say... if you wear a helmet lots, go a-frame, if you hardly ever wear one, go wisdoms
