So my friends and I hiked the summit of our hill (no really a sumit I guess) and skied down the backside in the woods. These woods are not trails and havent been cut in years, the trees are super tight with alot of underbrush. There is little room to do a side slip to kill speed and its to steep to use the wedge concept. I've been doing "J" turns to slow down but I dont think thats the "proper" way.
