I have heard that windells isnt worth the money. So is there like a "public park" or can you just go into the windells park?

You can try to poach the windells park but yeah there is a public park that is normally really fun

yea you can also just buy a pass for the Windells park and not go to the camp its like a couple hundred bucks i think, its somewhere on their site.
