Just remember to set the rotation with your hips, not your head. It's different than a trampoline. Whether you user poles or not is entirely up to you. whatever feels more comfortable.
But unless you throw them wrong on the tramp, then that should be the same as the tramp. Just don't forget to keep looking, if you set it with your hips, then look over your back with your head, you won't land upside down, and you should get pretty close to your feet first time.
