Just woke up and both of my spit glands in my neck are swoll as hell, and the spit glands under my tongue kill like a motherfucker too.

go to a doctor soon man, mumps makes ALL your glands swell up, ALL.  Your balls are glands, that would hurt like shit.

 Mumps can lead to infertility as well.
