Replying to I got a problem

Well lately I notice my eyes have being really really red, like I'm stoned or something. And have been staying that way, so I was wounder what could be causes it.
 
Lack of sleep,*I had a long sleep and my eyes where white then later turned red*                

 weed,*I smoke a lot of weed but have stopped for the last week*

Or being sick. I noticed that I had a soar throat today when I woke up. And before that about 2 months I was really really sick.
