Replying to Podcast. history of new music

so here the deal

i really want to download the history of new music podcasts.

i can figure out how to get them through itunes, but their only a minute long and the show is supposed to be a hour.

does any one know what in the hell im doing wrong?

or even what in the hell im talking about?
