Attachment to certain brands

Ok well i wasn't sure whether to put this in gear talk or ski grabber so don't complain.

But does anyone have some certain connection to different brands.

Mine would definitely be with Line.  I like the chronics and anthems.

i own atomic skis, k2 skis, Armada skis, and Rossignol skis. idk why but i really like my Ghetto's (rossi's) i just really like the way they ski.

i do plan on buying Orage jackets for the future, the 2 coats  ive had from them were/ still are, awesome.

i really love oakley, will never use any other goggles
and i have this thing with fischer, even tho i dont use their gear, i just love them for the mad hook ups they give my sis(see my pics)

I have always had Rossi skis, but that's only because I've got amazing deals on them, and maybe Dakine mittens because I never get cold hands when I wear them.
Otherwise, I'm not really attached to any brands.

ski wise not really, i like my walls, but am gonna look for something different.

outerwear wise, i had orage didnt like it, my sms suit is soo dope, i would reccomend it to anyone and everyone. its not even their highest quality stuff, adn its sick as fuck.

i was in a K2 love affair for a long time. if colorado had more powder i'd go back to them and start a relationship with some hellbents. as of right now though my attachment goes to audi, not that its really ski related directly, but it dominates in the snow.

i have a huuuge thing for Rossi binders. i love them. they have never done me wrong.

but im not really a rep for any particular brand, ive got shit from everyone. i am anti-Salomon though, i cannot even begin to deal with the frustrations i have had with their boots and bindings. that being said, i dont actually hate the company, i just dont like their bindings breaking on me all the time.

Snow related...Subaru, Look/Rossi Bindings, Oakley goggs, and I love K2 cause they are SO sick, schmies makes em look purty, and they are from the dopest place in the world!

I really like foursquare outwear, line skis, and definitely look bindings....I would say those are the only brands i'm really attached to.

I always liked K2 growing up because they understood skiing wasn't about the image being portrayed by the big Euro brands. K2 was down home, a bit dirty and rough around the edges and balls to the wall freeride. Sure the brothers Mahre did good racing, but racing wasn't fully in K2's blood. They had irreverent ads and the history of Hot Dogging with Bobby Burns and Wayne Wong, and they started to market and build skis for the skiing outside of the resort with Scott Schmidt, Plake and Mike Hattrup ripping on old Extremes. When they created the Factory Team back in the day with Morrison, Kreitler, Ostness and crew, building the Seth and Kent pro models and the poacher, I was sold. And that is why I work here.

Other brands I am stoked on:
Armada: since Hans and the athletes know they are pushing skiing in the right way. They understand and they are good people. No attitude.
Line: since J Lev is the man and wears his heart on his sleeve.
Smith: helped me out a long time. Great product and great people behind the scenes.
Oakley: because they put a ton of money into out sport and make great product. Good people working there watching over the ski side. GS.
Orage: Cody knows skiing. Hands down. And he can shred.
Salomon Boots: Me rikey!! Damn they know feet, and binders:)
Red Bull: also puts a bunch of money into skiing to promote and assist athletes and I love the shit. Mmmmmmmmm.
Moment: I love what they are doing. Kicking out tons of new shapes and sizes of skis. Keep pushing it.
Dakine: they crush it on everything they do. Good product, image and design.

There are rad people working at all sorts of companies in our industry, I think we are all lucky to do so. Everybody does it for the love of skiing, I just think some of these companies understand it through and through.

I forgot Sessions. They have sponsored skiers since most of you were in diapers. Not the case for many brands that sell to both skiing and snowboarding.

I love k2. They are local and they kick ass. ^good work on the graphics. I have a pair of public enemys that have have completely mutilated from love and overuse.  I just bought a pair of obsetheds that pretty much give me a boner whenever I look at them.

If i could still get them Siver clothing. Not the greatest waterproofing but super warm stuff. My stuka jacket helped me cut my last ties to gaperdom.

Did they get bought out by someone or just get wipped off the map from competitions and the influx of new companies?

loveeee my rossis they never do me wrong...and i hold on to my old school look bindings for life.  i dont like the way they went with their newer job bindings but i always take my bindings w me from ski to ski.

w boots, i wont ride anything but spk models...treat my feet right!

but i geuss i kinda have one to k2, ive only had 1 pair of k2s but i love them, and ive always like there stuff i used to look at it before i knew about many othere companies, and after shopping around i geuss i just gravitated back to k2's.

I have been a huge armada fan the last few years becuase of its underdog made by skiers for skiers vibe but its like they are becoming a super power and Im losing that feeling of "against the machine". As far as armada original vibe moment is definatley picking up on it. The list is as follows
