Bubblers Vs Bowls, also Blunts vs Joints

Yo so im making a purchase, my last bowl smashed, was wondering what you guys think of bubblers vs bowls. That much more noise with a bubbler? how much easier is it on the lungs too? Im starting to run again
Also how do you compare joints vs blunts
im personally a huge fan of both but what do ya think?

Blunts>joints just because they are bigger and slower haha.

bubblers if you can easily fill water, and arent in a hurry. If you are the kind of smoker that is in a rush and dont want to get caught by parents etc etc, just get a pipe.

bubblers are smooth, but they make a little noise and can get messy if you accidentally tip it. if its for on the go, stick with a pipe. as for the second question, i would say neither if you are getting back into shape

I have had many pipes in my career as a marijuana researcher privately funded by myself.

Pipes can be cheaper, more harsh, but it depends on the glass. Double or triple blown is not nearly as harsh as single blown.

I love bubblers and bongs, You taste the bud better and it's a much much much smoother hit. Nothing like a ROOR with an ice catcher in the tube. Smoothest hit you will ever take.

I suggest a nice, small bubbler for around 30 dollars. It will be double blown, quiet and cool looking when you are stoned.

And for the blunt vs. bowl argument, I smoke many blunts, MANY blunts. I only smoke joints when I am alone or with a fellow researcher. Blunts are a thing of beauty when rolled right, look up bluntside420 rolling tutorial on youtube. Blunts burn slower and hold much more weed. I wish I was smoking one right now. And buy Dutchmasters aka Dutches.

just buy a pipe... sometimes its really nice to be able to just pack a bowl without havin to go get water and shit

im thinking bubblers are the best way and non harshest way, in my experience anyways, or if you have a bong, buy an ash catcher, the water in it helps sometimes

1. Fill your Gravity Vortex up with fresh water. New water should be used each time, and drained after the party is over. To fill the unit up quickly, turn the value to the vertical position. If your sink faucet is tall enough, put your Gravity Vortex under the water stream, with the mouthpiece directly under the water stream. The water will go in as long as the carb hole is not covered, collecting in the bottom chamber.

Ok. Now its smoking time.

2. Turn the Gravity Vortex upside-down to drain the water to the top-chamber. Close the valve by turning it horizontal. Now the water is suspended in the top chamber.

Get ready. This is where the fun starts.

3. Insert the glass bowl (9mm size) into the opening inside the mouthpiece. Add the smoking substance of your choice.

Of course, the Gravity Vortex is for tobacco use only. Yea.

Turn the handle vertical and light the product. The flame should be sucked down into the product, creating a nice cherry. At this time your are trading the space of water in the top chamber for smoke. Once the smoking product is lit, take off the flame and let the Gravity Vortex roast the hit for you.

The top chamber is now filled with a water-filtered gravity hit.

3. Remove the bowl and inhale. The smoke is smooth like a vaporizer so you wont burn your lungs. It is reccomended to use pipe screens with your Gravity Vortex. This will help keep the downstem cleaner.

4. Turn the Gravity Vortex over to drain the water back to the top-chamber. Close the valve by turning it to the horizontal position.

5. Go to step one and repeat until satisfied.

SMOKERS TIP: If you are looking for the most massive smoke possible, use the carb hole to slow down the water flow.This is how you "milk the chamber" and get a monster hit.

That is all you need to know about using the Gravity Vortex. For advanced users, see the video below for demonstration of the "Upside-down hit"

SMOKERS TIP: You will know you are hitting the Gravity Vortex perfectly when you hear a whistling sound come from the carb hole. Make sure the water has completely drained before you inhale from the mouth piece. Premature use could result in drinking Vortex water. We do not advise this.

or grab a clean 2 liter bottle, pop a hole the size of a pen or so in the cap, stick a slide in the hole if you have one (you can make them easily, but i would pick up a simple clear one at a headshop for like 5 bicks. i dont like using pens and tinfoil for smoking). make sure to seal around the slide if it's loose, but aim to cut the hole a little smaller than the slide in the first place to get a good press fit. pop another hole about the size of a sharpie at the very bottom of the bottle. pack the bowl, cover the bottom hole with your finger, fill bottle with water, screw the cap on, hold it over a sink, pull your finger off the bottom hole and light it right away. once the water is all gone, unscrew the cap and inhale all the smoke. cover the ends and pass it if you need to, a full bottle will work for like 2-3 people before a refill.

voila! a ghetto vortex that works

i like glass, i love my bub its what i use the most. i enjoy blunts but its more wasteful so its a "luxury" experience.  plus smokin those make my throat hurt a lot so i cant smoke them everyday maybe once ever yweek.

If your gunna buy glass just buy a bong they are the best way to go they are much more purified and better for you. but to answer your question deff bubblers. joints are just a waste of bud they burn in two seconds and tastes like garbage. L's burn slower you get extra high from the tobacco in the dutch paper.

yeah but that take seffort and a mess the vortex is just as simple as a bung you can pull out and put away,  also it is fucking cool to watch as the smoke is drawn into the chamber

Have you tried a vape? if you did and still think they are shit, you weren't using it right. when i first got mine i was afraid i wasted my money. after some getting used to, i started to realize my temp was way off and i wasnt pulling right. now it's the best smoking thing i own. i get higher off of .25grams through the vape than off a full 2-3g blunt. plus theres no throatburn and no longer-term coughing after vaping. tell me you dont like the sound of that. the high is a little different, vaping is an intense head high. try it again, you wont be disappointed. if you do it right, you should exhale a thin, whispy vapor and you should taste pure, unburned weed. also, you should cough a bit after a good hit. pure thc causes coughing, but the cough will go away within seconds.
