Just wondering what sort of requirements and experience are necessary to be involved with any of these jobs. I know in BC OFA III or an equivalent outdoor first aid course are required for patrolling, though I can't find any info on the non-volunteer ones. Do you have to have volunteered first? Also, anyone know about a blasting ticket in BC (where to get one)?
I'm studying to become an architect as well, so I was thinking that might help me out if I wanted to do park design or building, but would I have to start out as just a regular park crew person? Are there any actual requirements spelled out, or do you just have to send in an application and they'll pick who they think best fits.
