Season Passes

I am thinking about moving up to Tahoe in a couple weeks and it doesnt seem that the mountains are currently hiring, but I want a pass to ski everyday. Will mountains typically work with you to get a pro rated season pass? I know Squaw and Alpine both offer spring passes, but those don't start for at least another month.
