Help me setting my camera!

Hi Media and Arts people!

I have a pentax K200D and will be shooting a rail jam saturday night. I usually shoot models on backdrops and whatnot (non-moving objects) so this is kind of new to me. What settings would you suggest me to adjust my camera for a railjam shoot during the night. And what lens should I be using? (I'll probably be up close to the setup. But I will be bringing both of my lenses too.

Here is what I have :

-a k200
-a 50-200 lens
-a 18-55 lens
-a pentax AF-360FGZ flash

il help with the only thing I know... definately try to use your wide angle lens more because not only is it practical for meing close but it gives the shots an illusion of movement which is good in this case

Yeah bring both cause you dont know what you can get until you're there (better safe than sorry). are you asking like shutter speed and all that?

yes there is, I just got to find out how. And yes I'm also asking about shutter speed please.

use a high iso, shutter speed around 200 - 300, and a low f stop

like the aperature value. you will want it at a lower number like 3 or 4

aight, so saturday night was a snowboard competition (yeah I know...) in Quebec city called Jamboree. So those are some pics (not really retouched yet) that I took during the stairs masters event and I am also going to post a pic of an Oakley suit that I saw in a fashion show just after the rail jam. idk why, but the quality sucks...but in reality pics are a lot better. at least you get an idea of what the setup looked like!
